RICE

‘Rice from our fields’ is a project we started a year ago together with the Grassot family, local rice producers and owners of the Estany de Pals rice company. The Grassot’s have been growing rice on our land for many years, and last year we began growing the carnoli variety together on a small piece of land just beside our ‘masia’, Mas Pou in Pals. That’s the rice you’ll find on our menu.
