It is a project that we started in 2017, together with the Grassot family who own the rice of the Estany de Pals, those who have been cultivating our lands for many years in the Mas Pou de Pals farmhouse. A few meters from the house, on a piece of land we grow the Carnaroli variety that you can find in our dishes
