Pahissa del Mas... born from a dream

Opened the doors to part of their country home at Mas Pou in Pals. Their home dates back to 1352 and has been in the Pericay family for seven generations.

Set in a landscape of rice paddies, it has been cultivating it’s own rice.

This family restaurant is a labour of love.

The menu

An elaborate menu that changes every season to offer the best and freshest products on the market. A unique blend of flavours for the senses!

The Chef

The kitchen of the hand of Jordi Vallespi, with a long and recognized culinary trajectory, that respects all the products in its essence being always of the maximum proximity.

The Masia

The old family house, Mas Pou de Pals, a beautiful 14th century house owned by the Pericay family has served as a nest to give life to this new culinary and family project.

Philosophy

The restaurant Pahissa del Mas … It was born from a project full of illusion that is reflected in every detail of the dishes and the restaurant. We take the greatest care with the gastronomic offer to provide a unique menu that mixes traditional products with new and creative flavours.

The rice from our field

We are in front of lands with a long history, which were already cultivated during the 15th century.
